Ingredients/सामग्री:-

1:-Butter/मक्खन

2:-Vermicelli/ सेवई

3:-Condensed milk/कंडेंस्ड मिल्क

4:-Raisins/किशमिश

5:-Dry fruits or powdered dry fruits/ कटे हुए मेवे या पिसे हुए मेवे

6:-Homemade full cream/मलाई

Recipe/विधि:-

1:-In a pan add butter/पैन में मक्खन डालिये

2:-Add vermicelli in butter & roast for some time / मक्खन में सेवई डाले और कुछ देर तक भूनें

3:-Add condensed milk in roasted vermicelli/ सेवई में कंडेंस्ड मिल्क डालिये और मिलाये

4:-Also add some full cream homemade in vermicelli mixture / सेवई में थोड़ी मलाई भी डालिये

5:-In baking mould add vermicelli mixture and make a cup like shape / सेवई के मिक्सचर को मोल्ड में डालिए और कप जैसा आकार दीजिए

6:-Freeze for some time so that it can get in shape / कुछ देर तक ठंडा करे ताकि सब सेट हो जाये

7:-In condensed milk add raisins/कंडेंस्ड मिल्क में किशमिश डालिये

8:-Put condensed milk mixture in vermicelli cups/सेवई के कप में कंडेंस्ड मिल्क और किशमिश का मिक्सचर डालिये

9:-Sprinkle dry fruits mixture as a garnish / सूखे मेवे के मिक्सचर को ऊपर से डाल के सजाये
