Ingredients/सामग्री/-
1:- Two large apples, peeled, cored, and chopped/ दो सेब छिले और कटे हुए
2:- Two cups cold milk/ दो कप ठंडा दूध
3:- Three/four tablespoons condensed milk/तीन से चार चम्मच कंडेंस्ड मिल्क
4:- One tablespoon chia seeds/ एक चम्मच पानी में भिगोया सब्जा का बीज
5:-1-2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)/ चीनी अपने स्वाद अनुसार
6:-A pinch of saffron (kesar), soaked in a little warm milk/दूध में भिगोया हुआ केसर
7:- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream/ वैनिला आइस क्रीम अपने अनुसार
8:- Ice cubes (optional)/बर्फ
Instructions:
Prepare the Apples: Start by peeling, coring, and chopping the apples into small pieces.
Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, add the chopped apples, cold milk, condensed milk, chia seeds, sugar, and soaked saffron. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust Sweetness: Taste the shake and add more sugar if needed, then blend again to mix.
Add Ice Cream: Pour the shake into glasses and top each one with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra creamy texture and flavor.
